I wanted to write a thing, just to kind of explain why I’m doing this.

The short answer is: I LOVE HORROR!

The longer answer is because it was something that I just really wanted to do, and could see myself enjoying for a long time. I saw a post online somewhere of someone making a movie journal and had an entire notebook of it and I just thought it was the coolest thing! I wanted to make my own and the second I started, it quickly became my favorite hobby. I have almost gone through an entire notebook and am working on my next. I also have a list, pages long, of more movies that I want to watch and write about. I didn’t even think about putting them online until my husband mentioned that other people might like to see my notebook and my opinions on the films, and I knew that if I did, I would want to find a way to keep it handwritten. I just really like the way the journal looks handwritten, as well as it makes it a lot easier to draw pictures with the entries as well.

And so now we are here! I have never done anything like this before, but I love it, and maybe someone else will enjoy it too! šŸ™‚
