Fun fact, Darren Aronofsky took five days to write the screenplay for this movie. Think of all of the better things he could have done with that time. He could have planted a garden, or made racist memes on parler, or made fun of some disabled people. This movie is pretentious garbage, the cinematic equivalent of a crudely rendered phallus drawn in crayon on a child’s homework with the word “Metaphor!” scrawled across it. Darren Aronofsky would be deeply ashamed, if he had the capacity and self-awareness to be so. Fuck him and fuck this movie. -50/10 stars.
